Content

(1) 
That the parcel of land to the rear and side of 74
Willingale Road, Loughton, Essex, as shown at Appendix 1, which
measures approximately 113.26 square meters, be sold to the owners
of 74 Willingale Road, Loughton, Essex, for the market value of
£1000.00.
 

(2) 
That a covenant be place on the Title Deeds to:
 

(a) 
Require the new owner to be responsible for erecting as
necessary and forever maintaining a boundary
fence/wall.  Prior approval of the
Council is required over the type of boundary fence/wall prior to
completion;
 

(b) 
Restrict the use of the land for garden use
only;
 

(c) 
Restrict the potential for development of the
land;
 
 

(3) 
That the new owners be required to pay the
Council’s reasonable legal costs in connection with the sale
of their respective purchases.
