To write off sundry debts as unrecoverable in
accordance with the financial regulations.

That – in accordance with the
Council’s Financial Regulation E (Paragraph 2.6) – the
attached Sundry Debts (4 cases, each with an individual value over
£2,500) totalling £14,772.01 be written off as
irrecoverable.
