(1) To approve the
direct award of a contact between EFDC and Gamma for £457k
for a fixed 3yr period. The contract includes two optional 12 month
extension periods (which run + 12 months, +12
months).
(2) That the Chairman of Council be
requested to waive the call-in requirements for this decision on
the grounds that the project is against an immovable deadline of
migrating the Council’s voice call functionality from Mitel
before the 27th October 2023.
