Further to Cabinet on 15th January
2024 where it was agreed the Council work with TSA to identify a
supplier to upgrade the emergency alarm system at it’s
independent living schemes, approval is now being sought to procure
Apello Smart Living Solutions to undertake this work at a cost of
£462,757.07 on a 12 month contract through Northern
Housing Consortium Framework.
 

(2)  
Following the initial 12 month contract to
upgrade the emergency alarm equipment approval is being sought to
enter into an annual maintenance contract with Apello Smart Living
Solutions in order to maintain the alarm equipment and provide
software updates as and when necessary.
