(1)       
That the Cabinet noted the process undertaken and the outputs from
the joint public consultation by Epping Forest District Council and
Harlow Council on the Draft East of Harlow Masterplanning Guidance
(EHMG) Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) between July and
October 2023;
 

(2)       
That the Cabinet agreed the EHMG SPD be formally adopted to inform
the development of a masterplan for the site by a developer
consortium; and
 

(3)       
That the Cabinet agreed the Planning Services Director, in
consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, be authorised to
make minor amendments to the EHMG SPD, including any mapping and
links, prior to adoption.
