Following consideration, the Committee
unanimously resolved to:
(1)         
Having considered the contents of the report, recommend to Full
Council that the Head of Housing and Community be nominated and
authorised to take all necessary steps to adopt the PSPO as it
appears in appendix 7 of the report, in consultation with the Chair
of the Crime and Disorder Committee.
(2)         
Recommend to Full Council to confirm the amount of fixed penalty
for this and for any future public space protection order breaches
at £100, discounted to £80 if paid within 10
days.
