Following consideration, the Committee
unanimously resolved to:
(1)         
Agree the additional fee for hourly rates for standard room hire
at Bourne Hall for 17:00 – 24:00, as set out at section 3.1
of the report.
(2)         
Agree an updated fee for hourly rates for standard room hire at
Bourne Hall for 09:00 – 17:00, as set out at section 3.2 of
the report.
