Following consideration, the Committee
unanimously resolved to:
(1)         
Agree to the continuation of a Car Parking Working
Group.
(2)         
Approve the Terms of Reference for the Car Park Working Group as
set out at Appendix 1 to the report.
(3)         
Agree the Membership of the Car Park Working Group for 2023/24
as set out in section 3 of the report.
