Following consideration, the Committee
unanimously resolved to:
(1)      
Approve the creation of a residential property repair and
maintenance fund.
(2)      
Approve the repurposing of the remaining balance in the Residential
Property Acquisition Fund of £150,000 to create the Property
Repair and Maintenance Reserve.
(3)      
To nominate and authorise the Building Services and Facilities
Manager, in consultation with the Housing Solutions Manager and
finance to (i) approve the extent of
works required and (ii) authorise the use of the Residential
Property Repair and Maintenance Reserve to fund such
works.
