Strata Joint Scrutiny Committee

The Strata Joint Scrutiny Committee scrutinises the operation, performance, and governance of Strata, a company jointly owned and controlled by East Devon, Exeter, and Teignbridge District Councils that shares ICT services. The committee reviews and scrutinises decisions and actions related to Strata's functions. It can make reports and recommendations to the respective Full Councils and the Strata Joint Executive Committee (JEC). The committee also has the power to call in and reconsider decisions made by the JEC before they are implemented, and it reports annually on its work.
