Purpose

To receive the draft Exeter City Centre Vision and Strategy, following consultation for Council adoption.

Decision

Agreed:

Recommended that Council adopt the Exeter City Centre Strategy 2026 – 2031

Resolved:

(1)   That the Executive gives delegated authority to the Strategic Director for Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Culture and City Centre, to make minor changes to the City Centre Strategy before it is adopted by Council.

(2)   That Executive approve the development of a City Centre Action Plan to address the Themes and Priority actions as well as taking into consideration the public consultation process.
