Purpose

A report updating the Local Development Scheme – the document which identifies the planning policy documents the Council will produce and their timetable.

Reason for being Executive Committee Decision :
The Local Development Scheme does not itself set Council policy nor budgets but sets out documents which will be produced as part of the Council’s Policy Framework.

RESOLVED that the revised Local Development Scheme (Appendix A of the report) be approved as the basis for preparing local planning policy.
