About
The Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of most Fareham Borough Council services and functions, with six councillors including the Executive Leader making key decisions. It operates within policies set by the full Council and each member oversees specific areas of council activity. However, the Executive cannot make decisions on planning or licensing matters, which are handled by separate committees.
