Decision
RESOLVED that the Executive:
(a) approves

floor commercial space, as outlined in the Confidential Appendix A to the
report; and
(b) delegates
authority to the Director of Housing and Health, following consultation with
the Executive Member for Housing to appoint a building contractor to deliver
the homes following an appropriate tender process.
