Purpose

To award a contract to deliver
concrete repairs to all communal & private balconies, external concrete canopies
and internal stairwells to 18 blocks of Council owned maisonettes across the
borough over a 3-year period, for financial years 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and
2028/2029.

 

The report provides the Executive
with information on tenders received, and the tender evaluation process,
relating to concrete repairs to all communal & private balconies, external
concrete canopies and internal stairwells to 18 blocks of council owned
maisonettes across the borough, for financial years 2026/27, 2027/2028 and
2028/2029.

Decision

RESOLVED that the Executive awards a contract (for a 3-year
programme) to the contractor achieving the highest scoring tender based on
quality and cost as detailed in confidential A to the report.
