Purpose

To update the Executive on the
Fareham Housing newbuild delivery programme.

 

The report provides an update on
the newbuild Fareham Housing development sites which are either under
construction, have planning permission, or are being progressed as future
sites.   Information on funding and
delivery mechanisms has been included to provide context of the current
delivery climate.

RESOLVED that the Executive notes
the progress made with individual sites and tenures proposed.
