The Conduct Committee oversees the council's Code of Conduct for councillors. It provides guidance to members on the code, determines complaints made against councillors, and monitors the Register of Members' Interests, reporting any necessary changes to the Full Council. The committee also decides on requests for dispensations. Individuals who believe a councillor has breached the Code of Conduct can submit a written complaint to the Monitoring Officer.
