We are approaching the end of the current contract period and looking to renew the contract. Due diligence has taken place and service provision adjusted accordingly.

To renew the Darktrace product.

Reasons for the decision

The value of this procurement exceeds £100k and therefore a Portfolio holder decision is required. Due to the renewal process being prolonged, a partial forward plan waiver has been agreed as well as an exemption of the procurement process to ensure continuity of service.
