Purpose

To recommend to Council to approve entry into a Section 113 agreement with Cambridgeshire County Council to assist delivery of the Council’s approved Housing Enforcement Policy for Fenland.

AGREED to recommend to Council it approves entry into a Section 113 agreement with Cambridgeshire County Council as set out in Schedule 1 for the provision of undertaking Housing Enforcement Powers relating to Energy Performance and Energy Efficiency on their behalf.
