Purpose

To provide Cabinet with a monthly update regarding the pre-construction design and planning work for 11-12 High Street, Wisbech and associated funding opportunities.

Decision

AGREED that:

·       the report be noted; and

·       authorisation be given to the Section 151 Officer in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance and Social Mobility and Heritage to approve the award of contracts for the delivery of the project to the completion of RIBA Stage 6 (handover) up to the value of £3.48M.
