To provide an update on the Garage Site Review, to include information on the Car Parking Matrix.

Content

(a)       That the Committee note the process for scoring and prioritising car parking improvement requests and garage site demolition; and   (b)       That the Committee note the outcome of the development team review of garage sites and plot sites where demolition works have been completed.
