As a Trustee of the
Theatr Clwyd Music Service, the Chief Officer (Education &
Youth) declared a personal and prejudicial interest.  Councillor Carolyn Preece also declared a personal
and prejudicial interest as a member of Theatr Clwyd and with a
relative whose doctorate is part funded by Theatr
Clwyd.  Both withdrew from the meeting
before that item.
 
On the same item,
Councillor Andrew Parkhurst declared a personal interest as a
member of Theatr Clwyd.
