Councillor Richard Lloyd declared a personal
interest on agenda items 6.3 (FUL/001048/24) and 6.4
(OUT/000262/24).  The Vice Chair,
Councillor Ted Palmer, chaired the meeting for those two
items.  Councillor Peers declared a
personal interest in agenda item 6.1 (OUT/000133/24).
