Purpose

To provide an update on the number of Void
properties and the work undertaken to bring in properties back into
use.

Content

(a)       That the update be noted;
and
 

(b)       That
the Chair, on behalf of the Committee write to Welsh Government
(WG) to outline its concern around the financial impact on the
Council in delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard 2 and
bringing all houses up to this standard.
