Purpose

To inform Cabinet on a Healthy Travel Charter
for North Wales, which is being led by the Betsi Cadwaladr
University Health Board (BCUHB) Public Health Team.

Content

(a)       That the adoption of
the Healthy Travel Charter in Flintshire be endorsed and supported,
and that the recommendations made by the Flintshire and Wrexham
Public Service Board be noted;
 
(b)       That the signing of
the Charter be delegated to the Chief Executive and Chief Officer
(Streetscene and Transportation); and
 
(c)        That,
following adoption of the Charter, the Mobility and Transport Theme
Office Group advances the commitments within the Charter, and
reports progress through the relevant Committees.
