Purpose

To provide an update on the Sheltered Housing
Review, to include information on options around the re-designation
of properties.

Content

(a)       That the
recommendations for redesignation of identified schemes from
sheltered to general needs be endorsed and approved;
 
(b)       That the
redesignation of identified schemes from mini-group to general
needs be noted; and
 
(c)        That the
progress of the sheltered housing review be noted.
