Purpose

To approve the
draft schedule of meetings for 2025/26.

Content

(a)     That the draft
Schedule of Meetings for 2025/26 be approved subject to the change
of time of Planning Committee on 22 October 2025 and the
removal of the Climate Change Committee; and

 

(b)     That the
Democratic Services Manager be given delegated authority, in
conjunction with the relevant Committee Chair, to amend the
Schedule of Meetings in exceptional cases, including meetings of
the Committee Work Co?ordinating Group.
