overview of the new Procurement Act 2023 and contains, for
information and approval, the necessary amendments to the
Council’s CPRs.

Content

That the Committee supports the amended
Contract Procedure Rules (CPRs) and recommends the updated CPRs to
Cabinet and full Council.
