Purpose

To consider the
feasibility of Leasing Car Parking Spaces to Third Party Companies
for Vehicle Charging.

Content

(a)       That the contents of the
report be supported and the relative benefits,
disadvantages and
risks be recognised;
 
(b)      That
the limitations associated with private sector interest be
supported along with
the recommended
next steps;
 
(c)      That
all future changes meet Welsh Government’s Strategy for the
benefit of EV
provision in the
future; and
 

(d)       That the Council
continues to assess other successful models of EV charging
provision to
identify best practice.
