Purpose

To provide information on the implementation
of Trauma Informed practice across Flintshire schools and the
Education & Youth Portfolio.

Content

(a)       That the Committee
recognise the work that was being undertaken by Schools, Plas
Derwen PRU and the Education & Youth Portfolio to embed
trauma-informed practices in support of Flintshire children and
young people; and

 

(b)       That Members promote and
support the use of trauma-informed practice for children and young
people across Flintshire.
