Content

(a)     That the
Committee approves the updated Internal Audit Charter and Mandate
for adoption as part of the Council’s Constitution, subject
to the removal of the word ‘Members’ on page 5 and to
insert ‘to include all Council property and records held by
Members’.  Any further updates,
following consultation with the Monitoring Officer, to be brought
back to the next meeting for consideration; and

 

(b)     That the
Committee calls for a further review in one year’s time.
