Purpose

To provide an
update on the latest position regarding outstanding Continuing
Health Care invoices raised by the Council for payment by Betsi
Cadwaladr University Health Board.

Content

(a)     That the update
on the current position regarding outstanding Continuing Health
Care invoices raised by the Council for payment by Betsi Cadwaladr
University Health Board be noted; and

 

(b)     The future
monitoring reports be delegated to the Chief Officer (Social
Services) and only be referred to this Committee in the event that
the amount outstanding exceeds £750k for three consecutive
months.
