latest WG consultation on the proposed refinements within the
council tax and NDR tax system for self-catering
properties.

That Cabinet support
the recommended response to the Welsh Government proposals to
modify the letting criteria for the purposes of assessing if
self-catering holiday accommodation should be subject to business
rates or council tax.
