The Committee decided that as the
applicant for planning application 000651/25 was a close family
member of Councillor Hilary McGuill, and she was a Joint Ward
Member (therefore the views of residents could be represented by
the other Ward Member), it would be inappropriate to grant the
request for dispensation.
