for WASPI Women and Fair Compensation
 
The Chief Officer (Governance) advised that
dispensation had been given to Members present who had declared
prejudicial interests when the item was previously submitted:
 
Personal and prejudicial interest: Councillors
Rosetta Dolphin, Carol Ellis, Chrissy Gee, Gladys Healey,
Christine Jones, Gina Maddison, Linda Thew and
Linda Thomas.
 
Personal interest: Councillors Chris Dolphin,
Dave Hughes, Paul Johnson, Richard Lloyd and
Ian Roberts.
 
Agenda Item 9: Capital Programme 2026/27 -
2028/29
Councillors Ryan McKeown (school governor),
Carolyn Preece (Theatr Clwyd) and Jason Shallcross (school
governor) declared a personal interest.
 
Agenda Item 11: Request to change the name of
a Community Council
Councillors Marion Bateman and Linda Thew
declared a personal interest as ward members.

Report
During discussion, Councillors Carol Ellis and
Carolyn Preece declared a personal interest due to their
involvement in hearings referenced in the report.
