To report on progress in delivering a project
to support young people to move from high-cost residential care in
line with their assessed need.

Content

That the progress achieved in implementing the
Reconnect programme be formally acknowledged and the reintegration
of children from out-of-county residential placements where this is
assessed as a safe and appropriate transition, aligned to a
child’s needs, be endorsed.
