Purpose

To provide an update to the Committee of the
role of the Council in tackling Mould and Condensation in Council
properties.

Content

That the Committee
endorses the contents of the report and support Housing Assets to
continue to manage mould and condensation service requests, along
with the Housing Disrepair (HDR) protocol, ensuring the obligations
placed upon the Council were met.
