Refused, against the Officer’s
recommendation, for the following reasons:
 
(i) Overdevelopment and density of development
not acceptable;
 
(ii) Diversion of the public right of way
which was to be retained.  Any
subsequent development coming forward should take that into account
and the site designed accordingly; and
 
(iii) Site layout, in particular the grouping
together of affordable housing.
