Refused, against the Officer’s
recommendation, for the following reasons:
 
(i) Amenity space insufficient for
11 residents not meeting minimum standards;
 
(ii) Insufficient measures to protect future
occupiers from noise pollution due to close proximity to a busy
main road;
 
(iii) Concerns about access and
manoeuvrability by waste collection vehicles and impact of waste on
surrounding areas; and
 
(iv) Lack of parking and adverse impact on
local amenities.
