Purpose

To report on progress with a range of
initiatives to support and complement care and support
including:

i) work to provide timely and accessible information and
signposting to through our refreshed web pages
ii) Mosaic Project: A new Client Information System for social care
Develop the Mosaic system including Improve management performance
and data intelligence
iii) Exploring the effective use of AI as an enabler

Content

(a)    That the Committee
notes the progress made in embedding digital technology across
Social Services;

(b)    That the Committee
supports continued investment of resources into digital platforms
to improve efficiency and service user outcomes; and

(c)    That the Committee
endorses the development of a Flintshire Digital in Social Care
Framework aligned with the Welsh Government DiSC Framework and the
Council’s digital transformation agenda.
