Purpose

The briefing note
is being provided in response to requests from some elected members
of the committee for further information about issues in both
schools which have recently featured in media stories. Both schools
have been placed in Special Measures by Estyn so an update on that
will also be provided.  A copy of the
briefing note will be circulated to Members prior to the
meeting.
