Purpose

To present the Draft Flintshire County Council
Participation Strategy.

Content

RESOLVED:
 
(a)       That the rationale
for the Children and Young People’s Participation Strategy,
and the actions undertaken to support and inform its development to
date be noted;
 
(b)       That the Children
and Young People’s Participation Strategy 2026-2028 be
adopted; and
 
(c)        That the
Participation Strategy be measured by service areas Participation
Self Assessments which feed into an annual report to both the Joint
Education, Youth and Culture and Social and Health Care Overview
and Scrutiny Committee and the Corporate Resources Overview and
Scrutiny Committee.
