Purpose
Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPO’s) are an intervention to prevent individuals or groups committing anti-social behaviour in a public space. These powers were introduced as part of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
Decision
(a) That Cabinet support to consult with statutory partners and members of the public with the purpose of gaining views to extend the two current PSPOs in Flintshire for a period of three years; and
(b) That the proposed approach to consultation be supported.
