Purpose

To endorse a range of projects that seek to support vulnerable families where there are child protection concerns specifically i) the implementation of a North Wales Effective Child Protection model ii) implementation of NSPCC graded care profile 2 / RISK 2 and iii) a grant funded project to pilot Multi System Therapy where there are concerns relating to neglect and substance misuse.

That the service approach to supporting vulnerable families through early intervention, including further initiatives to strengthen and enhance the offer.
