Purpose

To inform councillors of the outcome of the Audit Wales review of the Transformation Programme.

Decision

That the Committee notes the letter from Audit Wales and the Council’s progress with establishing a transformation programme, whilst acknowledging that the scale and pace of the Transformation process needs to be accelerated in order to meet expectations.
