Purpose

To provide the revenue budget outturn position for the Council Fund and Housing Revenue Account, and the Capital Programme outturn position for 2025/26.

Decision

a)     That having considered the Revenue Budget Monitoring 2025/26 (final outturn) report, there were no specific comments to be referred to Cabinet; and

(b)    That having considered the Capital Programme Monitoring 2025/26 (final outturn) report, the comments raised by the Committee be noted by Cabinet.
