Purpose

This regular monthly report provides the latest revenue budget monitoring position for 2025/26 for the Council Fund and Housing Revenue Account. The position is based on actual income and expenditure as at Month 12, and projects forward to year-end.

Decision

(a)      That the overall report and Council Fund unearmarked reserves available as at 31st March 2026 (subject to audit) be noted;

(b)      That the final level of balances on the Housing Revenue Account (subject to audit) be noted; and

(c)      That the requests for the carry forward of funding into 2026/27 be approved.
