Purpose
To adopt the third Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) following the adoption of the Local Development Plan (LDP) to enable formal submission to Welsh Government.
Decision
That the Committee endorse the Annual Monitoring Report to be reported to Cabinet for adoption and submission to Welsh Government prior to the deadline on 31st October 2026.
