Councillor Mike Peers declared a personal
interest with regard to agenda item 6.1 as he had a family member
who worked for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association.
 
Councillor Bernie Attridge declared a personal
interest with regard to agenda item 6.2 as he was copied into
several emails from the agent to planning officers.  Following a response asking that they did not copy
him in, the emails stopped.
