Purpose

To consider the proposal around a possible increase in the match funding contribution to the Joint Archive project, subject to the outcome of a Fundraising Plan.

Decision

That the Committee agrees, in principle, to provide additional funding subject to a further report to Cabinet, following determination of the external fundraising applications and clarification of the amount required.
